SGI Selects Global Traffic Group Ltd. for Saskatchewan’s Photo Speed Enforcement Program

Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI) has selected Global Traffic Group as the new vendor for Saskatchewan’s photo speed enforcement program.

The program will resume operations in August at previously approved locations across the province. As part of the transition, the existing camera boxes will be retired and replaced with new pole-mounted camera systems.

Global Traffic Group will provide the technology and operational expertise needed to support the program’s return to service. Designed for reliable operation in Canadian conditions, our photo speed enforcement solutions help communities monitor high-risk areas and encourage safer driving behaviour.

Photo speed enforcement is an important road safety tool. By encouraging drivers to slow down in high-speed and high-risk locations, these programs are intended to help prevent collisions, reduce injuries and protect drivers, pedestrians and communities.

At Global, we specialize in developing and delivering innovative traffic safety solutions for municipalities and public agencies. Since 2003, we have designed, manufactured and operated automated traffic enforcement systems, combining advanced technology with practical program experience.

We are proud to work with SGI and bring our traffic safety expertise to this important provincial program. We look forward to supporting SGI’s commitment to safer roads throughout Saskatchewan.
